file folder, transactions enable you to group your forms and contracts by

Transaction Profiles
TrueForms includes profile data sheets to help
organize common information related to a transaction. Profiles would include
information such as Buyer/Seller names, addresses and phone numbers, property
descriptions, key contract dates and much more. This information can then be

you can share common data between forms to eliminate re-entering the same
information on each form.
Spell Check
The information you enter can be spell checked so your contracts are
accurate, professional and error free.
Calculate Loan Information
With the pop-up calculator function, loan calculations can be pasted into
your forms with the click of a button.
Clause Library
Easily create and save standard clauses you may use
for contracts, additional provisions or addenda. When needed, simply select
the appropriate clause from the list of your clauses and paste with the click
of a button. Your clauses can be added from word processing programs or can
be imported from other TrueForms programs.
Calendar Functions
Select dates from a calendar and paste them into your forms in a variety of
formats. The pop-up calendar function is available at the click of a button.
Math Calculations
Perform math functions at the click of a button with TrueForms's
pop-up calculator. Calculating commissions, closing fees or monthly utility
costs was never easier.
Custom Logos
Your company logo can be created and added to your program. It will appear on
your printed forms to give you the name recognition you deserve.
